Integrations

Jira

Jira integration creates an issue for each report (per project configuration). It uses a Jira API token stored in the integration config.

Setup

  1. 1. Provide your Jira base URL and a user email.
  2. 2. Create a Jira API token for that user.
  3. 3. In Verity: Project → Integrations → Jira.
  4. 4. Pick project key + issue type, then enable issue creation.

Validation

Use “Fetch projects” and “Fetch issue types” in the admin UI to validate IDs before saving. Then send a test report.
