Usage limits are enforced to keep costs predictable. Some limits affect whether evidence is accepted, even when the report itself is still accepted.
What is limited
- • Reports per month
- • Screenshots per month
- • Replays per month
- • Total storage bytes
- • Seats and projects (plan-dependent)
How enforcement works
When you hit a screenshot or storage limit, Verity may drop new screenshot uploads for subsequent reports. This avoids turning the widget into a “hard failure” for end users.
